We had the pleasure of sitting and listening to Tommy Fordham speak recently, and we honestly just loved hearing about his journey.
From openly sharing about being dyslexic and how his mind jumps from one thing to another, to challenging the idea that there’s only one “right” way to succeed it was refreshing, real, and powerful.
One thing that really stood out to us was his message about not comparing yourself to others. Just because getting up at 5am is someone else’s superpower doesn’t mean it has to be yours and that’s okay. Success isn’t one-size-fits-all.
There’s so much pressure in business (and life) to be the perfect role model and have it all figured out. But his journey was a reminder that growth is about showing up, doing your best, and aiming to be better than you were yesterday. And if you have an off day? Reset and go again.
A great reminder that progress always beats perfection.
Grateful for the inspiration and perspective.
