Scotland continues to attract attention as one of the UK's more resilient property markets, with Glasgow regularly featuring in discussions around growth, regeneration, and long-term demand.
What I find particularly interesting is that many opportunities still exist in markets where fundamentals remain strong without requiring entry at the highest price points.
The areas that often stand out tend to share similar characteristics:
✔ Consistent demand
✔ Ongoing regeneration
✔ Attractive entry prices
✔ Long-term growth potential
While headlines come and go, these fundamentals remain important when assessing opportunities.
It's one of the reasons I continue to monitor the Scottish market closely and why I believe it remains an interesting area for future projects.
