Our Director is hoping for kind weather for his charity ride tomorrow. Blair is tackling the challenge of Chris Hoy’s Tour de 4, riding the hilly Red Route which is 56.7 miles with 3,830ft of climbing with some pretty steep climbs like the Tak Ma Doon Road 🚵‍♂️

We would like to give a big warm welcome to our latest occupier to join the Centre - TL Metals & Alloys Ltd who specialise in the wholesale and manufacturing of metals, ferro-alloys, and industrial metal waste.

As part of our refurbishment, we have opened up a previously un-accessible area which lies to the rear of the Centre. We have spent time clearing the vegetation, installed a couple of picnic tables and will be planting the area up to create a useable external breakout area which is also a fantastic sheltered sun trap.

The area will be kept in a semi-wild state to support and encourage bio-diversity and sustainability to complement our other recent environmental initiatives.

As part of our ongoing re-investment back into the Centre including full redevelopment and comprehensive refurbishment of large areas, we have completed the creation of new workspace combined with adjacent storage for an expanding tenant plus developed a new internal and external break-out area for use by all within the Centre.

The tenants love their new workspace and everyone using the new breakout areas are raving about it. We just need the sun to return for more use of the external break-out ! ☀️
