Founded originally as a building and civil engineering contractor, the business continues to be family-run. All properties owned within our group are administered by an in-house managing agent, Sim Property Management Ltd. We concentrate on traditional out-of-town offices and industrial units and do not normally get involved with retail properties.

The Chamber are deeply saddened to hear about the passing of John Corcoran MBE.

John was the Chamber's Honorary President and was instrumental in establishing the Dunbartonshire Chamber. He was awarded the MBE in the Queen's Birthday List in 2013 for his services to business and always gave generously of his time to support local business.

Our thoughts are with his family at this time.
