Roofing project at Morar Crescent!

We completed a full roofing refurbishment on a property in Morar Crescent. The work involved stripping the existing soffits, fascias, rubber roof, and dry verge system.

We installed new timber to support replacement PVC soffits and fascias, ensuring a clean and durable finish.

The old rubber roof was removed and the timber boards beneath were assessed for water damage. Where necessary, softened OSB was replaced and an additional OSB layer was installed for added stability and a suitable base for the new roof covering.

Damaged ridge tiles at both ends of the flat roof were removed and replaced, and new lead flashing was fitted from the flat roof over the ridge tiles to improve weatherproofing. The roof was then completed with a fresh rubber covering and edge trim around the perimeter.

Great to see our new Glasgow Build Co. banner taking pride of place at the 5th tee at Largs Golf Club!

We’re absolutely delighted to be supporting the club and putting our name alongside a place with such a proud golfing history. Established in 1891, its beautiful parkland course enjoys views across the Clyde towards Cumbrae, Bute and Arran. What a setting.

Recently completed wet room, bathroom as part of our larger project at Brora Drive, Glasgow!

Our team oversaw every aspect of this project, from initial concept to final completion.

Our range of services included a complete strip-out of the existing interior, followed by the installation of new floors, walls, and ceilings. Throughout the project, we maintained strict adherence to all health and safety protocols, ensuring efficient waste disposal and a clean, safe working environment.

We sourced materials from our preferred suppliers, including Richmonds Plumbing & Heating Merchants Ltd and Topps Tiles. With our skilled team and top-notch materials, we were able to deliver a truly exceptional finished product.

Kitchen renovation in Castlebrae Gardens, Glasgow and a delighted customer!

We completely stripped out the kitchen removing an non load bearing wall between the living room as our client looked to better the design of the space. The floors and walls also had to be stripped and levelled along with several joists installed.

All trades were completed by the company including Building, Joinery, Plumbing and Heating, Electrical, Tiling, Painting and Decorating.

The new kitchen, wall and floor tiles were all sourced from our trusted suppliers, Magnet and Topps Tiles. A massive thanks to Paul from Magnet, Pollokshaws who was involved from the planning stage and was always available for site visits when required for any alterations, to safeguard and ensure the design process was smooth allowing our customer peace of mind.

As always, all health and safety protocols were followed, ensuring a safe, clean, and professional work environment throughout.
