Last week, we had the privilege of attending the Scottish Home Awards after being shortlisted for House Builder of the Year category 🏡

While we didn’t take home the award this time, it was an honour to be recognised alongside some of Scotland’s leading housebuilders and to celebrate the incredible work taking place across the industry.

Public Consultation Event: Alyth Affordable Housing Proposals

Local residents and community members are invited to attend two upcoming public consultation events regarding proposals for a new affordable housing development on land north of Strathmore Terrace, Alyth (PH11 8DP).

📍 Venue:
Alyth Community Hall, Albert Street, Alyth, PH11 8AX

📅 Consultation Dates:
• Monday 25th May | 3:30pm – 7:30pm
• Thursday 2nd July | 3:30pm – 7:30pm

The first consultation event will showcase the initial concepts and ideas for the proposed development, giving the community an opportunity to provide feedback and share suggestions.

The second event will present updated plans shaped by public feedback and will include a Q&A session with the developer and project team before a formal planning application is submitted.
