Hey,
I'm Jason a PROPERTY DIRECTOR that has COMPLETED 3 day and elite training with UK's NUMBER 1 TRAINING ACADEMY with STEVEN GREEN.
When I first discovered the training academy on the SHOW RICH HOUSE POOR HOUSE i knew that this is what i wanted to do. After taking the plunge and completing my 3 DAY COURSE with STEVEN I left wanting more and to better myself. I went on to complete a ELITE COURSE which was an INTENSIVE 7 DAY RESIDENTIAL.
This has given me GREAT KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS to be able to now become LKO PROPERTY DEVELOPMENTS LTD and the start of my NEW ADVENTURE.

ELITE COURSE
This is an intensive 7-day residential course I have completed and its changed my life for the better.
During the 7 days Steven Green breaks down his strategies and resources whilst pushing his mentees beyond their limits to find viable projects,
work out if the deal stacks,raise finance,
make contacts and do deals in the room all under his watchful eye.
He even brought in his own industry contacts so that we can benefit from their knowledge.
The models taught have been designed and used by Steven over many years and will provide a step-by-step process to give myself a solid mindset, property portfolio, and financial freedom. Steven also used his 20+ years of building
experience to teach me how to deal with contractors, planning, building control, and how to convert buildings for huge profits.
