A change of hat for this conservatory in Podsmead.

This room wasn’t being utilised to its full potential; the old roof meant it felt the hot and cold so we replaced with a new tiled roof meaning it can be enjoyed all year round 😁

We also installed new downlights, boarded and plastered the ceiling and completed the outside with new fascias, guttering and cladding.

Finally, someone agrees that baths are overrated 🛀 🤣

A change for this bathroom meant a large walk in shower as well as turning some dead space into shelving, which were all tiled and trimmed 🤩

We must give our client the credit for the design - the added rainfall shower, the tiles and vanity unit looks great together. thanks for your generous feedback ✌🏽

Same layout, same components, completely new look🤩

Our client saved the bathroom until last with their home renovation and they weren’t disappointed with the end result.

For this bathroom we;
- installed a new shower (no more hunched over showers🥳) - fitted a new bath and vanity unit with sink & toilet
- black accents including a black towel rad 😍
- new flooring
- upgraded lights and extractor fan

BearHQ is nearly finished! It’s not quite a home yet so pictures to follow with how we made this space feel homely, but here it is.. or at least some of it and a teaser of the rest 😉

This is literally the picture I’ve had in front of my mind for the last few months (my vision had more grass in the background though😒😅)

Wall removed, patio door removed, kitchen window removed, bifold added along with tons of light 🤩 subject to British weather 🙄.

Been a great start to our property journey, look forward to showing the rest over the next couple of weeks - stay tuned.

As one nears a finish, the next begins. So here it is - project Neighbour🐻

We are about to give this house a makeover... bear style.

This is a BTL property for one of our investors, so we need to maximise the return on every pound and whilst planning we’re often asking “what’s the cost and what does it bring? Is it worth the spend?”. Finding the right balance between your investor cap and your ‘life as a tenant’ cap is hard and when there’s lots to do, the little bits add up! Keep an eye out for this one.. and the potential charge in the garden in the future 👀

Triple HHH has that new apartment feeling! 😎

how did we do?

Everything came out of this apartment and nothing looks as it was. A rethink of the kitchen meant fitting a breakfast bar to maximise the living space but still give somewhere to sit & eat. New spotlights throughout have added loads of light but we’ve installed dimmers so it’s never too bright when you’re just chilling.

The team have done an amazing job turning this around and the clients in with plenty time to make this a home before Christmas🎄

PROJECT TIGER 🐯

A bathroom that doesn’t quite know it’s potential and an en suite that’s been forgotten about... but a will fix that 🤩

Our client felt their bathroom was cold, dark and a bit unwelcoming and as a result, it wasn’t a room they particularly enjoyed using in the house.. what a waste! 🛀

We’ve switched the layout and turned this 3 piece bathroom into a 4, along with underfloor heating and a floor to ceiling tile finish. ⭐️

We’ve also installed a matching en suite in the spare room too, so we’re sure they’ll be spoilt for choice now..

Ready to go back together 🕺🏽

Triple HHH’s makeover will be a like for like bathroom swap.

Tiles will be picked up to tomorrow and we’ve already found a vinyl floor that’s going to make it memorable. 🐻
