are onsite at Marley heights, dealing with around 20LM of asbestos pipe lagging. This is day 1 of a 3 day prep.

Working together to ensure the site is kept safe and the asbestos is removed appropriately.

Project brief
Full house length dormer extension to provide habitable space at first floor. This space is to include up to 3
bedrooms (primary to have an en-suite), a family bathroom and storage

• Re-design of the dwelling ground floor layout to provide a more efficient use of space and additional area
within the new extension (in place of the existing conservatory).

Internal Design to include layout changes/alterations
of the entrance, open plan kitchen / living / dining layout, location of the staircase (for access to the new
first floor) and the conversion of the attached garage into a gym space
