Our latest planning permission has been granted in Godalming for a two storey extension with alterations which will transform this house from a two bedroom to a four bedroom home. The ground floor extension will create a larger living, kitchen/dining/family room, utility and boot room. The first floor extension will provide the client with two more bedrooms and an en-suite to the master bedroom. New five bar timber gates and driveway with parking and turning is also being added.

Our latest Waverley planning permission has been granted for a two storey extension and alterations to the attached garage. The permission will provide our clients with a large kitchen/family/dining area, play/flexi room and new utility/boot room on the ground floor. The second floor will be extended to provide a fourth bedroom and a master bedroom with en-suite and walk in wardrobe.

Our latest Guildford planning permission granted is for a ground floor rear extension together with a wider dropped kerb. The extension will provide the client with a new utility room and toilet.

We recently supported and sponsored the Busbridge Open garden event where almost £6,000 was raised for the Phyliss Tuckwell, Hospice Care and Skillway charities. Equally wonderful was the positive community impact, there was a fabulous buzz around Busbridge as people bumped into old friends for a catch up, met neighbours they had never crossed paths with and were inspired by the awesome gardens.

The organisers sent us a kind note which said ‘We couldn’t have raised this much without your kind support and so I’d like to say a big thank you on behalf of myself, the organising team, all the garden owners and especially the charities supported by the event.’

We will definitely support this wonderful event in the future.

Our latest project starts in Farnham this week for a two storey extension and a single storey extension with alterations which will transform this four bedroom property into a five bedroom home. On the ground floor the extensions will provide a larger kitchen/dining/family room including new boot room, utility room and sitting area. The first floor extension will provide a new master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and en-suite as well as giving more space to two existing bedrooms. All five bedrooms now have their own en-suite.
