Please join us in signing this petition on behalf of CIL victims. Homeowners caught out by CIL, a tax intended solely for professional developers. Some face charges of over £100k for doing an extension on their home: it’s a scandal and Waverley are not doing enough. 5 mins of your time would be much appreciated.
