Another job complete this week.. floor replacement due to wet rot and wood weevil attack… increased subfloor ventilation and replaced all timber with new pre-treated joists and wall plates sat on new DPM

Really pleased with how this cellar conversion turned out… project managed and work completed in-house with the exception of the plumbing and electrical work..
If Carsberg did customers these guys would be right up there…
