This one has been such a lovely sale for the team to be part of.

Every person in the office who spoke with our clients said the exact same thing afterwards: “They are just so lovely.” And honestly, that makes the whole process feel even more special.

After one very busy viewing evening, the property was snapped up the very next day by a young couple who had been searching for their new home for two years.

So this really does feel like one of those moments where everything has come together beautifully.

What I particularly love is how the club showcases members' work through exhibitions, celebrating local talent and giving artists the opportunity to display—and often sell—their creations.

It's a wonderful reminder that creativity doesn't just produce great art.

It builds friendships, confidence and community too.
