Things are taking shape and progressing nicely. Roof is now complete and the building is now water tight. The house is now dry which has allowed the plasterboard and plastering to commence this week. As this has been taken back to brick plasterboard insulation has been installed to keep the property warm during those cold months. This is my favourite part of a reburb, when all the hard work of getting the foundations right allows you to enjoy putting in something that hopefully our tenants will enjoy living in and calling their home.. drop us a message if you would like to find out more about my journey.

After completing on this property a couple of weeks ago we are now in the process of refurbishing the property. This is having a full rip out and will be modernised throughout including adding an additional bedroom. We will also be putting a new roof on to solve the damp issues in the property.

For all the times you hear being consistent and showing up gets results, it real does but it’s not as easy as everyone makes out… property is hard and difficult to maintain your resilience when all you hear is ‘No’ whilst everyone on social media is flying. The struggles are true and they are normal, for all those thinking what am I doing wrong? Nothing is more than likely the answer, just continue to be consistent, work hard and show up by doing the right things and eventually it pays off.
