Leaving behind a successful career in IT, I spent the following years buying, renovating, and selling homes and apartments, immersing myself in the world of property development. By 2010, I had joined a property agency, and in 2014, I completed my Estate Agency Board exams in South Africa, gaining solid expertise in the field. However, it was during my time marketing for a highly successful proper
ty developer in Durban, starting in 2018, that I truly honed my skills in property marketing. This experience helped me develop an in-depth understanding of how to showcase homes effectively, using everything from high-quality photography to targeted online campaigns to highlight the unique features of each property. When I joined an auctioneer in 2020, I brought residential and commercial properties to auction, applying these marketing techniques to attract a wide audience and secure the best possible results for clients. The ability to position a property and present it in its best light quickly became one of my most valuable skills. After moving to the UK in 2020 and gaining further experience with We Buy Any Homes, Sold, and Strike as a Listing Agent, I had the opportunity to work directly with sellers and truly understand the importance of strong marketing in achieving successful sales. By the time I moved to Grantham in 2022, I knew that marketing homes wasn’t just about listing them—it was about crafting a compelling narrative, utilising digital platforms, and reaching the right buyers through targeted strategies. In 2024, I joined EXP with the confidence that my extensive marketing background was now one of my greatest assets. Today, I combine my love for property with cutting-edge marketing techniques to help my clients achieve their goals—whether that’s selling their home quickly and for the best price or finding their dream home.
