60 flats assessed earlier this month to help the Client achieve a minimum C efficiency for the entire block.

We were contacted by a client who advised us of a number of flats that were not achieving their desired rating, after providing them with recommendations of how to improve the efficiency they completed the works advised and required, we then went and reassessed all flats and managed to get them to at least an C rating some even B!

7 Bed detached property assessed in Higham Kent… the property had a total floor area of 426 square metres which is just around the same as 6 x 3bed houses! Even with such a large property and the complexity of it we assessed the property and produced the certificate in less that 2 hours leaving the customer extremely pleased!

Semi-Detached Bungalow assessed, in Stanford-Le-Hope.
The property reached a D rating which is quite standard for this type of property. A higher rating could be achieved by additional insulation in the room in roof and also cavity wall insulation. Next steps would be solar panels which would allow it to reach its potential rating.
