A proud moment for us at EmJen this week! 🎉

For the very first time, we have welcomed a work experience student into the business, and we’re delighted to say that Day 1 has been a great success.

It’s always important to support young people as they take their first steps into the working world, and we have been lucky enough to be joined by a lovely young lady who has already made a fantastic impression on us.

We’re looking forward to helping her gain an insight into the property industry, develop new skills, and build confidence over the coming days.

Everyone starts somewhere, and we’re proud to play a small part in that journey.

If your tenancy started BEFORE 1st May 2026, the new Renters’ Rights Information Sheet must now be issued to tenants by 31st May 2026.

Failure to comply could reportedly lead to fines of up to £7,000 ⚠️
