DMS currently have a vacancy for a good semi skilled labourer / groundworker .

The prospective employee would ideally have a good knowledge of the building trade and how it works.

Be able to take their own initiative when not working under supervision.

To have good punctuality, be polite and well mannered.

To be able to operate small plant would be advantageous . Keeping sites clean and tidy to enable safe working practice.

We are able to offer a competitive salary with pension option and for the right candidate the potential for a company vehicle with fuel card.

Job Vacancy - Joiner
(Permanent / Sub-Contractor)

Due to the continuing expansion of the Company and a full order book we require an experienced joiner/sub-contractor who is able to work to a high standard using their own initiative. We undertake a range of works i.e. kitchen installations, loft conversions, 1st and 2nd fix carried out in the North/North East Lincolnshire area.

This is a permanent position and the successful candidate would receive a competitive salary and pension scheme. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a great team in a supportive environment and would suit a person who is maybe looking to progress their career.

Full time permanent position. Mon-Fri 40hrs per week. Sub-contractors also welcome to apply.

Lead Bricklayer / General Builder & Improver Bricklayer Required

Due to the continuing expansion of the Company and a full order book we require an experienced bricklayer who is able to work to a high standard. This is also an opportunity to be involved with day-to-day site management, be part of a great team in a supportive environment and would suit a person who is maybe looking to progress further into Construction Management in the future.

In addition to the above vacancy we are also seeking a good improver bricklayer looking to further their skills.

Both roles would be based around North/North East Lincolnshire with some possibility of work further afield.

Full time permanent positions. Mon-Fri 40hrs per week.

We were contacted by a customer who had smoke blowing back down his chimney into his living area . We’ve built the chimney up to above ridge height to improve the draw on the fire . They now have a lovely roaring fire and a smoke free living area 😊
