💸 Monthly Cashflow: ~£300–£400 (after costs)

🔁 What does “Refinance” mean in property?

When you refinance a property, you’re asking the bank to revalue it and offer a new mortgage based on that updated value.

Let’s say:

You bought for £100,000

Spent £25,000 on refurb

It’s now worth £165,000

The bank offers 75% of £165k = £123,750

You pull out most (if not all) of your money — and still own the property. That’s BRRR.
