Oak Tree Housing Association are looking for a Senior Customer Experience Officer to lead a newly established Customer Experience Team.

If you're passionate about great customer service, enjoy motivating teams and have a track record of driving service improvements, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You'll play a leading role in ensuring our customers receive the responsive, professional and high-quality service they deserve.

📍 Greenock
💷 EVH Grade 8 (PA28 – PA31) | Starting Salary £51,075 per year
⏰ 35 hours per week | Monday – Friday
