Work continues over the weekend to get this house completed as quickly as possible.

Over the past three weekends we’ve been working on this property both with the renovation work and paperwork with the landlord.

We pride ourselves on being there for our landlords and tenants when they need us.

Renovation works continue for one of our landlords.

This house only has a bathroom downstairs. The family have young children and trips down stairs in the night are never easy when you’re half asleep!

Rather than moving house we’ve managed to use some of the space upstairs to create a small WC for them. Happy tenant, happy landlord!

We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas Day for those celebrating it yesterday. We spent the day celebrating with family and are full of festive cheer (and food)!

It was lovely to be able to spend the day with family - even though we are lucky enough to spend a lot of time time together through the year as we are a family run company.

Lincs Landlords was set up by Simon and Danny Webster, having gained their knowledge from their father, Shaun Webster, an accomplished landlord for over 30 years. Shaun passed on his lettings experience to, Danny an experienced and skilled property developer, and Simon a highly qualified Finance Director.
