There is nothing worse and stressful , than finding your washing machine valve is passing (allowing water through even though the valve is switched off) and the pipe it’s connected to is leaking all over kitchen floor. You can’t isolate it unless you isolate the mains water for the house.
Especially on a hot day like yesterday and your kids and grand kinds are on their way to spend the weekend with you.

Solution, they gave us a call and attended promptly. Leak fixed, mains water back on.
Customer was over the moon that it was fixed and could now just carry on knowing it was one less thing to worry about.

Old Macerator out and up grade in. It did make a difference to the room and ready for the customers new surround and shelving. Plus a more modern corner basin.

First post for a while but this bathroom needed help and help it got. Customer was very happy, awaiting the floor and boxing to go in.

New cold water feeds added to extension building from the main house as per customer specifications. first fixed ready to go for the other trades to come in after new year.

I was asked by a customer if it was possible to add a shower to the back of their bath as rubber attachments to the bath tap ends wasn’t really working. After having a look, this was the result. Safe to say they were very happy.

Water passing into toilet bowl. Customer needed it sorting as I was costing money (like a leaking tap and metered) changed ball valve and syphon seal now all good.

Customer spoke to me about his kitchen ceiling started to go black and water starting to drip through it, causing a small hole.

Rather than do further damage to the ceiling in this case, I used a camera to see what and where the problem was.

This was a double ceiling with a void space between, taking some of the ceiling down to repair would not have helped in this case.

Check out in the pictures that something so small on central heating pipe or joint can become such a big issue. Also the green tape pipe showed a gas pipe.

Problem found and fixed. The customer was very happy with the worked carried out.
