🧹 The old mortar was carefully ground out to the required depth, with the joints cleaned and prepared ready for the new mortar.

🧱 The wall was then professionally repointed, leaving it with a fresh, clean and restored finish. 👌✨

Today’s WorkCompleted

Returning customer from market rasen, bringing this property back to life by carrying out a range of restoration and structural repair works.

Areas requiring attention were sanded back to provide a sound surface before being primed and painted, ensuring a durable, high-quality finish and preparing the property for the next stages of refurbishment.

We also ground out the required mortar joints and installed Helix bars as part of the structural repair works. Helix bars are stainless steel reinforcement bars that are set into the masonry to stabilise cracked brickwork, redistribute structural loads, and help prevent existing cracks from reopening, providing a long-lasting repair while maintaining the integrity of the wall.

These works are an important part of restoring the property’s appearance while also improving its structural strength and longevity.
