St Mary’s Wharf is being delivered in well-planned phases, with the demolition phase complete and the next stage requiring an on-site delivery team to be assembled.
A tendering process is well underway for the construction programme of St Mary’s Wharf and Native Land is having productive discussions with a selection of trusted contractors. We look forward to sharing more updates in due course.
In the meantime, since completing the demolition phase, Native Land and the wider project team have continued to refine the approved design to deliver the best possible outcome for Guildford town centre, and make the most of this important regeneration opportunity.
