A sneaky peek of the upstairs of our latest renovation on Belmangate in Guisborough! Not far off now! It’s going to be going to market in the next week!!

Dining room is coming together!! We have reintroduced the border as it was when it was the servants scullery, but given them a bit of extra luxe! We’ve polished up one of the original brass lights from another room too which took a bit of elbow grease! Can’t wait to see it all finished later this week!!

A sneak peak of some of the details being added to our Belmangate restoration. A beautiful William Morris paper in the living room, extravangant but worth every penny!

We are nearing completion and the house will be going to market in the coming weeks, we anticipate it won’t hang around for long! Three bedrooms, a good size bathroom, large open plan living and dining room, a fully boarded loft, and (what soon will be) a beautiful kitchen.
