Here’s what you need to know:

📌 Each rental property will have its own Property Registration Number
📌 Each landlord will have their own Landlord Registration Number
📌 Properties will need to be registered before they can be advertised or let
📌 Landlords will have 𝟯 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 to register
📌 Registration will require key property details and compliance information

The best advice is to start getting your property information and compliance documents together now, so you're prepared when registration opens.
