With over 10 years of experience working in repairs, maintenance and refurbishments for mainstream contractors across social housing, military homes and student accommodation, I am here to help smaller businesses who may not have the time or personnel available within their business structure to successfully manage back office functions such as enquiries, customer liaison, diary management, works scheduling, parts ordering processes, complaint resolution etc.
