A piece of Liverpool history… 🏛️

This original newspaper advert captures the moment Audley House entered a new chapter, as 𝗧𝗝 𝗛𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘀 took over the former Owen Owen building on London Road.

For generations, Audley House stood at the heart of the city’s retail scene, welcoming thousands through its doors and becoming part of Liverpool’s story.

Today, we’re proud to be restoring and reimagining this landmark once again, honouring its heritage while helping shape its future.

The next chapter is underway.

👋 Meet Siamak – one of our experienced Project Managers

With over 15 years’ experience delivering residential, commercial, and healthcare projects across the Northwest, Sim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every build. Skilled in project planning, subcontractor management, quality assurance, and health & safety compliance, Sim ensures our sites run smoothly from start to finish.

📌 Day-to-day, Sim is responsible for:
• Overseeing and coordinating multiple subcontractors on site
• Monitoring programmes and progress to keep projects on track
• Carrying out quality control checks and ensuring compliance
• Managing day-to-day requirements and resolving issues on site

Interesting fact: Away from construction, Sim loves tennis, skiing in the winter, and hiking – keeping active both in and out of work brings energy and focus to every project.
