This week, myself, Sarah, Adam and Sophie had the pleasure of attending one of the highlights of our year — the eXp Conference.

As we always say, every day is a school day, and once again we came away with so much knowledge, inspiration and motivation. Being in a room full of self-employed agents from across the country is a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when ambitious people come together to learn, share and collaborate.

The energy, ideas and success stories were truly inspiring, and it was fantastic to hear from so many amazing speakers about their journeys and achievements.

Of course, it wasn’t all work and no play! 🎯 Aaron took home bragging rights with the highest score on the darts, and let’s just say we may have enjoyed ourselves a little too much… although can you really enjoy yourself too much? 😆

A huge milestone was also celebrated, with eXp now officially 1,000 agents strong across the UK — an incredible achievement and a testament to the growth of this amazing community.

We’re returning home with fresh ideas, renewed energy and excitement for what’s ahead. Here’s to learning, growing and achieving even more together!
