❗️Re-roof & flat roof-re-decked & rubbered❗️

On this job we removed all stone copings stripped existing roof, installed new felt and batterns, installed new roof tiles and ridges.
Stripped old damaged flat roof, which to my surprise had been decked over existing decking (no wonder it leaked!) installed new firings and decking and installed EPDM rubber roof, re-bedded and pointed all stone copings.

On this job we carefully removed existing newel posts and Ballastruade
Installed new Oak newel posts, Oak base and top rail finished with black sleek design iron mongery
Had to fit an Oak back plate for the bannister due to dabbed walls….
Back plate routered to match curve on Ballastruade and bannister finished with black iron mongery
All rubbed down and oiled with customers choice of colour

On this job we propped the above stone work.
Carefully removed the existing degraded art stone lintel.
Cleaned out the cavity drip tray and realigned.
Installed a new stone lintel as per spec.
Pointed up to match existing, ensuring trickle vents were left clear.
Left it spotlessly clean and on to the next❗️
