Pleased to say that we’ve finally heard back from the mortgage company and can now move the Rastrick properties onto a mortgage.

Thankfully, this one is already let, which is a huge relief.

I’d love to say that now we’ve finished, we’ll be putting our feet up, cracking open a few beers, and enjoying some time in the garden… 🍻☀️

However, our downstairs flat at Claremount has become vacant for the first time in three years, as the lovely lady who has been renting it has now moved out.

So, keep your eyes peeled for renovation updates and upcoming letting details! 🏠✨
