Hut is all ready for our next guests tomorrow. Great to see some colourful flowers appearing in the sunshine. It’s such a peaceful relaxing spot here you feel miles away from the hustle and bustle. I love to take a moment to sit and enjoy it every time I cut the grass.

Just dropping some more logs up at the hut and can’t help but think this is the best time to stay. Opening the curtains to a lovely frosty morning but still tucked up in bed with the wood burner roaring. Can’t beat it.

I’ve been doing a few bits and pieces in the hut over the last week. Walking backwards and forwards to the farm for tools and materials. I thought it looked incredibly charming in the winter sunshine. Such a wonderful place to be with the log burner roaring 🔥

Weekend is looking splendid here at we are setting the hut up ready for our next guests coming tomorrow. They’ve picked a great weekend for a break!
As with the rest of the farm the whole family get stuck into the work. Well Baxter chainsaws steps whilst on his lunch break but it’s still work.

With all this sunny weather about we got the new loungers out at the hut. The perfect place to top up the tan whilst absorbing the sounds of nature around. Or enjoying a glass of bubbly whilst watching the sun set on these long evenings. They looked so inviting I had to test them out when I was supposed to be cutting the grass.
