Well established busy Letting Agency with properties covering West-Central Scotland currently recruiting for a temporary position to cover maternity and paternity leave.

Front facing, the position requires direct dealing with the general public/tenants/landlords and contractors, so a smart appearance and courteous manner is imperative. Typing and IT skills essential including Microsoft Office applications

Attention to detail, good organisation skills and ability to follow tasks through whilst carrying out general day to day duties such as answering telephones, taking and relaying messages, monitoring and forwarding/replying to emails, arranging/confirming viewings, filing. Assisting colleagues as necessary with all aspects of letting such as, preparation and signing of tenancy paperwork, organising repairs, liaising with contractors, landlords & tenants for quotations, authorisation and access to properties. Checking, arranging and following up completion of safety checks/certificates. Adding and updating property details on websites, arranging boards at properties. May be required to attend tenanted and vacant properties for viewings and routine property inspections.

Keeping software records/notes updated at all times (training will be provided if necessary). Would be required to comply with letting legislation (training provided if necessary) & company policies at all times.

Previous experience in letting/property management and knowledge of SME Professional software preferred but not essential. Own car and full UK driving licence required.
