Hi All,

I have noticed a few new members in this group. Welcome to you all.

As all members are aware, I stopped running our regular networking events in September 2018. There was a plan for another member to take over the running of those which has not materialised yet. I will continue to provide some valuable information for the benefit of all our members' businesses.

For those of you managing other people's properties (or your own) and seeking tenants, you must be aware that the 'Tenant Fee Ban' becomes real on the 1st June 2019.

It is with great sadness that I wish to notify you all that I am stepping down from hosting the Harlow Property Network with immediate effect. I have no plans to host another one with the September 2018 meet being our last one. If I decide to do it again in the future at another location, I will update this page.

I have thoroughly enjoyed hosting these monthly meetings since April 2016 and it has been a pleasure to serve the community. I am thankful for all the feedback and support from the regular attendees. I wish you all success in your individual businesses. Please feel free to get in touch with regards to any business marketing, technology or Property Strategy issues you may want to discuss with me.

If any of you wishes to take on the mantle of running this event, I will gladly pass on all the relevant information, tools and contacts to you. Please do get in touch.
