Stean Residential Lettings
We are established landords, with 8 years of residential lettings experience. We aim to offer affordable, comfortable, safe and stress-free living and have already provided a high level of attentiveness in terms of duty of care to a number of long-term satisfied tenants over the years.
We currently have a refurbished three storey town house in Harlow, offering 6 individual room lets, in an area operating a specific regular communal bus service to and from the town centre.

Each room is offered as furnished with a new bed, mattress and bedding, new mirrored wardrobe, bedside cabinet(s) and chest of draws. Also included is a personal tabletop fridge and the option to have a chemically maintained portaloo at no extra cost.
