A result worth sharing from yesterday's auction.

A property on College Road, Harrogate had been on the market since October 2025 at £275,000. Numerous agreed sales, and every one of them fell through.

The seller came to FSS. We recommended taking it to auction with a guide price of £200,000. Yesterday it sold for £257,000.

Two months from instruction to sale agreed, at broadly the same price they had been unable to achieve in nine.
