Our latest bath/shower room. Took a lot of effort to get it into this position... new floor to level it up, new walls, wiring, plumbing etc... that bit of glass was a bu**er to get up a winding stair case but the stress was all worth it in the end. A huge thanks to the customers for all the coffee and Tunnocks we could handle. On to the next one..

The latest shower room comes to a close. This was the full monty... a rip out back to the bare walls and floor. Floor up and levelled (30 mm out). New wiring, plumbing moved around and plastering throught. Customer purchased tiles. Glass and sanitary bits. Took a lot to bring this to completion and as always.... most of the effort is hidden.

Another bathroom brought to handover. Bit odd this one... we took over from another company who'd struggled. Al & Les are now over the moon and can crack on with a little paint on the walls/skirts.

Sometimes you need to work around the issues... two plumbers said a tap could NOT be repaired without smashing the tiles...

Sometimes you need to work around the issues... two plumbers said a tap could NOT be repaired without smashing the tiles out... sorted it in 20 mins with NO tiles harmed in the process... while there we added a new double socket to the kitchen area and repaired a large hole in the utility room wall (fire rated). Back next week to plaster it. Last week was a water damaged ceiling boarded and plastered with 11 new lights and a new splash back across the kitchen.

Monday morning and another dodgy ceiling. Bad leak had it almost down on its own..... cutting it back to good and go fro...

First week of February ended in a flourish of "while you're here" jobs. Started off a simple painting job to can you do an all the way through floor, hang some blinds and change the fire alarms over... That last job just before Christmas... always seems to run in to Christmas eve. Right to the last minutes. I'd like to think, next year I'll get all my Christmas shopping done early.... but I know i won't. I'll be running around like a numpty last minute grabbing bottles of w**e, chunks of meat etc. Anyway... this customer wins the award for being the nicest guy on earth. Even when he was really poorly... he made sure there was tea, coffee and still dragged himself out of bed to confirm shelf heights etc. A very nice job this... all the hard works were done early so we could make the units/shelves in the workshop. Still took a bit longer than we wanted to fit everything. All the very best to our customers from 2025 and years before.... you've made 2 tired old guys very happy and a lot more tired.... as for the rest of you.. you know where we are, drop us a line and we will be there. From a simple shelf to a full bathroom, kitchen rip out.... from a little wall repair to a full replastered house.. Nothing is outwith our skillset... residential or commercial...Happy Christmas.

Some plumbers cant help but cut great big holes in kitchen ceilings in order to see what's happening.... thankfully... they gave us a call and we dropped in and just sorted it for them...back next week to paint it.
