🏡 Regional House Prices Update: Q2 Report by Nationwide🏡

The latest quarterly update on regional house prices from Nationwide paints a varied landscape for Q2 (April to June). Here's a quick breakdown of the current trends:

🔹 England: Overall price growth was a modest 0.6%, with Wales and Scotland both registering a 1.4% rise year-over-year.

🔹 Northern Regions of England: Including the North, North West, Yorkshire & The Humber, East Midlands, and West Midlands, these regions outpaced the South with a 2.4% increase in house prices.
