Happy Valentine's day!!!! (😀)
My activity this week - and a busy one before 1/2 term!
💥: Revised offer submitted and rejected for a Specialised Supported Housing solution in Norwich.... we are still in the game!
💥: As ever, a fantastic 1-2-1 with Tsen Wharton which provided some spot on advice and insight
💥: After the 1-2-1, I drove up to Cheshire (3.5hrs each way!) a day later, to visit a property and meet the local Care Provider. Great to see the property, meet the owner and talk a lot about the Liverpool vs Everton match that night. (a 2-2 draw if anyone missed it...)
💥: Offer on the above property to be made later today. A worthwhile drive!
💥: Regroup with 4 Registered Providers on the various properties - we now have some opportunities to convert, and continue to build the pipeline
💥: Catch up and coffees with Elizabeth Ledaca, Dylan Clarke at Cherished Investments , Sandeep Gulati, Alex Quayle - the Touchstone Education community is such a great group to be part of!
💥: Supported Living webinar with Nick Rowland - thanks to the Touchstone team in organising - a great session
Relentless action, a few steps forward and a few steps back..... ongoing progress!
