🔧 WE’RE HIRING – PROPERTY MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE 🏠

(our current maintenance woman has been fired, lied on application, doesn’t even know how to change a light bulb)

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and hands-on Property Maintenance Operative to join our growing lettings & property management team.

The role includes general repairs and maintenance, decorating, basic joinery, minor plumbing, furniture assembly and helping prepare properties ready for new tenants.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has property maintenance/trade experience

Takes pride in their work

Can work independently & problem-solve

Has a full UK driving licence

Has their own basic tools

Competitive pay, regular work and plenty of variety across our growing property portfolio.
