We are thrilled to finally reveal an exciting partnership for the business with Duncan and his team at Purely Financial Planning. Well, what a start to the year it has been!
We have sourced yet another property for another very happy client who is looking forward to moving into her new home by the end of March on what will be a very exciting journey for her.
The market continues to change and evolve in line with markets, financial pressures and economic uncertainty. However, all is not lost and the forecast is in fact a positive one! Happy New Year to all of our current and future clients.

We are now into 2023, and as is traditional, the market will begin to pick up pace. There is still a lack of available property on the market, and as such many agents are offering properties 'off-market' or they are going under offer prior to launch.

The market forecasts and predictions expect that this trend will continue and could even decline slightly inline with rising interest rates and the economic and financial crisis. However, as a positive for buyers, the forecasts is also that prices will only rise marginally this year due the current situation.

With that, we are here to help and on hand to help you with every step. We cover Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire - we are currently even progressing a purchase in Wales - nowhere is out of limits for us!

In line with the current economic situation, and with all of us 'feeling the pinch' as it were, we have decided to keep our fees lower than our competitors, whilst offering more services than they do.
