We have a 3.4m x 3.5m private room available to rent on a monthly basis, within The Mews Industrial Quarter — our co-working & events space.

We’ve dressed the room in a few different ways to show just how versatile it can be — from a private office to a creative studio, beauty/hair space, treatment room or workspace for your business.

The room is a blank canvas, so you can make it work for you.

Vintage Revival isn’t just about bringing old things back to life — it’s also about celebrating the people, creativity and stories that make our local community what it is.

We’re delighted to be exhibiting a selection of photographs by local photographer David Boutwood, celebrating the incredible characters and performers of the Hastings music scene. 📸🎸

David has recently released a new book of portraits capturing the people behind Hastings’ vibrant music scene — a collection of images that documents the personalities, performers and characters that have helped make our local music community so unique.

Ever wondered how those classic hand-painted signs were made before everything became vinyl, digital and printed?

For Vintage Revival, CP Carpentry is bringing a little old-school craftsmanship back to life with a guided traditional signwriting workshop.

Chris is a highly skilled carpenter who also has a background in professional signwriting, and he’ll be sharing some of those skills with you in this fun, hands-on workshop.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

Each one-hour session includes:

🪵 Your own small wooden sign
🎨 Paints
🖌️ Brushes
👨‍🎨 A guided workshop with Chris

⏰ Session 1: 3:30pm – 4:30pm

Join us on Sunday 16 August, from 1pm–7pm, for an afternoon celebrating vintage style, creativity, music and local talent at Mews Industrial Quarter.

Expect:

- Live music from The Haystingers plus a guest — from 2pm
- Vintage stalls
- Live music and DJs
- Bar and snacks
- Workshops and classes
- Photo exhibition

You can also get involved with burlesque taster class, vintage style sign writing, vintage hair demonstrations, guitar repairs, accessory making and more.
