You may have seen that we have scaffolding up at our premises on Claremont.
Unfortunately, we had some render fall, and had to respond proactively to solve the situation.
Although we had plans to do this later in the year, we will now take the opportunity to paint the outside, as the last time this happened was before 2012!!!!
Should be down in 28 days, but we apologise for any disruption this may cause.

When our client took on this property, it was in a poor state, cluttered, neglected, and not fit for market. Rubbish was stacked in every nook and cranny. It looked like they hadn't used the bins in years.

• Holiday let changeovers
• Communal area cleaning
• Occasional additional cleaning tasks
Starting £13 per hour
Flexible hours • Ongoing local work
Requirements:
• Must be reliable and punctual

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Attention to detail is essential
• Occasional weekend availability required

This is the condition of a property in after the had finished their investigation. You can see that it was used to grow........... tomatoes. The entire property had been taken over, 6 floors from top to bottom.
We deal with issues like this regularly, and assist owners in getting their property back, and returning them to be in a condition for letting or sale.

Empty property checks are vital, especially during the winter!
This is a property we attended for a client, for a different issue, but found that the boiler in the attic had a burst pipe and was flooding the front room.
Luckily, we were able to isolate, and prevent any further damage being caused.
