Due to continued expansion, we’re pleased to announce that from 16th September, RCL Property Care will be offering a new waste removal and clearance service.

We’ll soon be taking delivery of our specially adapted caged tipper vehicles, designed to carry waste safely and securely.

Our new service will cover everything from overfilled black and recycling bins and unwanted bulky items, through to garden waste, commercial waste and full house clearances.

We are registered with the Environment Agency as a licensed waste carrier, so you can be confident that waste collected by us will be transported and disposed of legally and responsibly. We’ll also recycle wherever possible.

Hi everyone,

As I'm sure you're aware, we're currently experiencing extremely high temperatures, with local schools and other settings closing due to the heat.

I wanted to make you aware that over the next few days our team may be working more slowly than usual, and there may be some unavoidable delays to changeover, domestic, deep and commercial cleans. Many of our staff are also managing unexpected childcare arrangements due to school closures, which may affect availability.

Please be assured that we remain committed to providing the highest standard of clean possible and are continuing to work throughout the heatwave because we understand how important your holiday homes, your properties and your guests/tenants are. However, the health and safety of our staff has to remain our top priority. Working in caravans, in particular, during extreme temperatures can be physically demanding, and we will be ensuring that staff take the breaks, hydration and additional time they need to work safely.

Please be reassured that all booked in work is planned to go ahead, just potentially at a slower rate.

We completely appreciate that delayed check-ins can be frustrating, both for owners and guests, and we will do everything we can to minimise disruption. We simply ask for a little patience and understanding while we navigate these exceptional conditions.

We were called out this evening to carry out a specialist hazardous clean-up.
