Good morning,

I’ve not posted for a while, but I’m pleased to say that 2024 was a very busy year for ABC QS Services Limited.

Here is one of the local self-build developments that I priced last year. It’s always so great to see a project go from a set of drawings to an on-site build.

Hi all,

I'm pleased to say that it has been another few busy months at ABC QS Services.

On the building side of things, I've priced several new build properties and some refurbishment works, and I've been working on producing my own comprehensive pricing database.

Within the engineering side, I've been managing a claim on behalf of a Client which has resulted in them being protected from delay damages, plus recovering costs for outstanding additional works which had not been paid. I've also continued supporting a subcontractor with their change management, valuations and new tenders.

I'm always happy to hear from anyone requiring commercial support and as always, appreciate post/page shares to support a small business.

I’m really enjoying the range of projects I have been working on in the past month.

I’ve worked on several new build and refurb estimates, a new trunk main tender, ongoing labour hire applications and I’ve supported on the production of some PQQ documentation.

Even better, I have been able to work with the ultimate flexibility which has enabled me to have days out with my young son, which no amount of money can buy.

Always happy to hear from companies needing ad-hoc or ongoing commercial support and I’m always appreciative of any likes or shares to support a small business.

Welcome to my page.

For new followers, I’m a Chartered QS who has been working in the civil engineering and utilities sector for Tier 1 contractors for the past 15 years. 6 months ago I decided to set up my own business to provide QS services to the building and construction sectors.

Since then, I’ve been working with a utilities subcontractor pricing tenders, providing commercial advice to small contractors, supporting with monthly valuations and change management and working with local builders and developers estimating refurbishments, extension and new builds.

I’m always happy to hear from anyone requiring any level of commercial support so please get in touch.
