We are proud to have been a small part in this roof top development scheme, showing before and after images of the handsome front fascia building. After consultation and Saturday morning meetings with the residents/contractor/freeholder, after one year and an additional 6 dwellings later, this is the finished product.

The works also included extensive upgrades to the now professionally landscaped gardens, additional driveway/parking with electric charging, redecorations to the internal communal hallways and relaying of new carpets. The residents formed a main point of contact, with us then liaising any issues to the main contractor/freeholder, so a big thank you to all of the team who helped this all happen.
