Blocked drains, peeling paint, mould and loose toilet cisterns. All the things I come across and have to rectify. Glad to say these are all resolved now.

Laminate up stand removed and a nice new tiles on in its place. What’s diffrence!! Also kitchen plinth needed to be repaired.

Front door not closing properly and the using of a wooden spoon to open and close isn’t ideal as the tenants was having to do. Door removed and planed down to the right size before refitting.

Various jobs carried out for this customer but they was very happy with the outcome. Been told they will be using me for future jobs 💪🏻

Boiler needed boxing in and the door useable as a chalk board. Also lock installed as access needed to be restricted.

A problem with flooding and standing water in an alleyway. Drain holes to both rainwater drain and under brick work sorted the problem. 👍🏻

Following a new ceiling being installed and plastered I was asked to go in and redecorate. Nice and fresh again 👌🏻
