🏚️ Condition Is Now Driving Rent More Than Ever

One of the biggest shifts we noticed recently in the lettings market around Haverfordwest is how much condition now directly impacts both rent achieved and how quickly a property lets.

A few years ago, most properties would attract steady interest regardless of finish. That’s changed.

Now, tenants are far more selective.

We regularly see two similar properties, same area, similar size, perform very differently:

A well-presented, modernised property will often
