Before and afters of this kitchen respray completed in Coggeshall 😍

Already a lovely looking kitchen in its original form but it had been hand painted many years ago and had yellowed and chipped over time.

Doors and drawer fronts removed and sprayed back at the workshop, everything else sprayed in situ.

The main kitchen units colour doesn’t look a million miles different to the original colour in the photos, but in the flesh the new look is obvious with the iisland adding a touch of wow to it.

First time I’ve used these colours - Neptune ‘Snow’ to the main kitchen units and Neptune ‘Warm Black’ to the island.

As always, finished in Sayerlack AT99

Recent UPVC respray completed in Doddinghurst.

The windows had been replaced to the upstairs of the property, it was then silicone rendered and had a front garden facelift so the original white upvc and sun bleached front door was in need of matching to the new anthracite upstairs to finish it off.

All openers removed, masked up and existing silicone removed before the windows and front door & frame were sprayed.

Finished in Selemix direct, Ral 7016.

Before and afters of this island respray completed today in Rayleigh 😍

A contrast to most spray jobs that I usually do as this one was originally blue and a standout feature on its own.
But the owners wanted to match it to the rest of the kitchen units.

I have to say that although I knew it would look nice, I did wonder whether the kitchen would loose something by making it all the one colour - but absolutely not!

I liked it as it was before and there will be plenty more island resprays I’ll do in the future that will look better as a feature, but it now looks like it should have been this way from the start.

It softens the feel of the room, it seems to add so much elegance and I have to say I prefer it much more.

It just goes to show that whilst two tone kitchens are lovely, it doesn’t need to be a rule to get caught up on.

Colour matched by after I dropped one of the existing doors to them to replicate.

From oak to navy blue (Ral 5008) with new handles added.

Seems that blue is still big at the moment - it’s my 3rd blue kitchen in 3 weeks 😲

Before and afters of this half kitchen respray completed today.

The client has not long moved into the property and although it was already a lovely kitchen, they weren’t big fans of the two tone look and wanted it all in the darker colour of the two.

So by taking a piece of kickboard to my paint supplier they were able to colour and sheen level match to the darker colour of the two.

A perfect colour match and you wouldn’t know that half of it has been resprayed.

I have to say that although I thought the original look was nice, it does look much better all in the one colour.

New floor to go down and walls to be redecorated to complete the new look.

Finished in Sayerlack AT99 in 5% sheen.

Finished up on this kitchen respray today.

Originally an oak kitchen which has a sentimental value therefore the client didn’t want to renew it.

Old handles removed, holes filled and new ones drilled for new handles.

Finished in Sayerlack AT99 matched to Farrow and Ball ‘Wimborne white’ and ‘Breakfast Room Green’

Only now, looking back at the before photos I realise just how much of a transformation this one is and how much it’s brightened and opened up the room.

Admin day tomorrow catching up with enquiries and quotes before starting the next one on Monday 🤪

Side unit resprayed and delivered back to a customer in Doddinghurst.

Finished in Ral 7044 to Match the existing Howdens ‘Pebble Elmbridge’ kitchen and
now in place in the open plan kitchen/diner.

Old handles removed, holes filled and new holes drilled for new handles to match the kitchen units - just waiting for the new Matt black cup handles to arrive.

A great example of recycling existing furniture to tie in with an existing piece.
