Due to a busy work load I am now looking for an additional team!

Roofer - will ideally have at least 5 years experience.
Van and tools will be provided.
Employed or Self employed basis.
Lead work would be a bonus.

Labourer - needs to be switched on and willing to learn.
General site tidying.
Stripping roofs
Loading and unloading.
Eager to learn, with possibility of apprenticeship for the right person.

Good rates of pay.

Chimney rebuild in Hayle.
Chimney built a few years ago using engineering bricks and without a lead tray allowing water to soak down through the brickwork into the wall.
Rebuilt using new bricks with a lead tray at wall level and at ridge level.
Flaunching completed with a sharp sand mix.
New lead aprons and flashings to finish.

The eave course being stretched allowed water in,rotting away the fascia and wall plate.
New wall plate installed, extra course of tiles and new fascia board.
Aluminium cast iron effect guttering and downpipe to finish.
